About Brittany

Brittany is a mentor, educator and group facilitator who teaches
Women's Somatic healing through a Jungian and Transpersonal lens.

Her work began as a professional coach and teacher in 2019, learning the body’s self-healing systems from leading experts in spirituality, psychology and neuroscience. Drawing upon these traditions and continuing education reading over 150 books related to trauma recovery - she paves a unique path that integrates embodied wisdom and diverse disciplines; sharing resources to those who prefer holistic methods of Self-discovery.

Inspired by soul work, she travels throughout California leading somatic workshops and intimate retreats. Guiding women through initiation rites and revealing the vital link between health and spirituality - reviving the sacred essence of conscious femininity.
