About the event
Gather with a group of creative women in somatic expression & self discovery where the body is brought back to life as traumatic events are honored and emotional weight is released. Through Bioenergetics, Somatic Experiencing & Reflective Exercises you will rediscover the joy of being embodied, grounded and centered.
You will learn: (first and foremost, to meet yourself on a Soul level)
- How trauma narratives shape your body structure and influence your personality.
- How to channel your nervous system’s response to stress and threat.
- How to navigate shadow material through a depth psychological lens.
- Your internal laws and how to decode the body's unique language. What to Bring:
